Supadev is an agentic development platform for building, previewing, and shipping Odoo modules. References to “Supadev,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Supadev LLC and the teams operating the Supadev service. Questions about this policy can be sent to sales@navabrindsol.com.

We collect information in the following categories:

• Account information — name, email address, password (hashed), organization details, and profile preferences you provide when signing up or managing your account.
• Billing & package information — purchase or pre-booking details for paid hour packages, invoices, payment status, and related commercial records processed through our payment providers.
• Workspace & usage data — prompts, chat history, generated module files, preview activity, GitHub connection status, and similar content you create or upload while using Supadev.
• Technical & device data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, pages visited, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
• Communications — messages you send to support, sales, or human tech expertise channels.

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Supadev platform and AI workspace.
• Authenticate users, manage sessions, and personalize your experience.
• Process hour packages, pre-bookings, and related billing events.
• Deliver human tech expertise support for paid hours and respond to product or account questions.
• Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and investigate security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service / EULA.
• Send service notices and, where permitted, product updates you may find useful.

Prompts, context, and related workspace content may be processed by AI models and infrastructure providers we use to generate and repair Odoo modules. We use this data to fulfill your requests, improve service quality, and troubleshoot failures. Do not submit secrets, passwords, private keys, or regulated personal data you are not authorized to share.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers — hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processors, AI model providers, and similar vendors who process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
• Integrations you connect — for example GitHub, when you authorize a connection to push modules or manage repositories.
• Legal & safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Supadev, our users, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session continuity, preference storage, security, and measuring how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may limit platform features.

We retain account, billing, workspace, and support records for as long as needed to operate the service, provide human tech support tied to paid hours, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When retention is no longer required, we delete or anonymize information where practical.

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please protect your credentials and report suspected account compromise promptly.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to object to certain uses. You may also request a copy of information you provided. To exercise these rights, contact sales@navabrindsol.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Supadev may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards so transfers receive an adequate level of protection under applicable law.

Supadev is intended for business and professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Supadev after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy. Material changes may also be communicated through the product or email where appropriate.
